Wisconsin/Rutgers Over 159 (loss)
Both team’s offensive play is better than their defense. Wisconsin runs at a quicker tempo than in years past and is not near the elite-level defenses of past teams. John Tonje was an excellent transfer addition from Missouri. Max Klesmit is a great passer and also leads the team in steals. Rutgers has a roster of big bodies that play at a much quicker tempo this season. Dylan Harper is a sensational freshman guard big enough to grab rebounds and get to the line. Ace Bailey is another freshman player who can play guard and forward with his size. If both players don’t bolt to the NBA, the Scarlet Knights will be an excellent team in the future. Wisconsin might have better shooters, but the Scarlet Knights’ size will cause a problem for the Badgers. Look for a high-scoring game. Take the Over.
