The Marlins and Reds are just playing to earn paychecks, as neither team will make the postseason. The Marlins are trying to snap a three-game losing streak against one of the worst teams in the league at giving up runs. Hunter Greene gives up a lot of walks and home runs and has not had much success in his first year as a pro player. Neither pitcher is great, as Jesus Luzardo can also walk many batters.
