It’s been a tough year at the plate for both teams against right-handed starters, but there has been some promise in the last few weeks. Tampa is hitting the ball slightly better, and I trust their bullpen marginally more. Rays starter Shane Baz has a big arm and should be able to strike out Texas hitters. Tampa is coming off a 16-hit night last night and should continue to stay hot tonight. Take the Rays.
