The Rays are coming off a tremendous offensive performance yesterday and are looking for it to carry over against Cincinnati. Tampa is much better against left-handed starters, so I expect them to score tonight. The Reds have the best slugging percentage in the National League this month and should score runs of their own. The total is set too low. Tampa could have a better bullpen so Cincinnati can score late runs. Look for a high-scoring game. Take the Over.
