Tarik Skubal has been the best pitcher in baseball and has looked untouchable lately. Luckily for Skubal, he has faced some of the worst teams in baseball against left-handers. Skubal’s only recent “struggle” was against the A’s, who are decent against left-handers. Seattle is excellent against lefties and should be focused after they blew a monster lead against the Yankees late last night. The Tigers hit right-handers well and will look to take advantage of a Seattle bullpen lacking confidence after giving up a five-run lead with a few outs to go last night. Look for both teams to do enough to make it a high-scoring contest. Take the Over.
