Davidson -1 over Rhode Island
The point spread doesn’t matter in this game so to me this game comes down to Bob McKillop vs David Cox at the coaching position. Cox is in his first year as a coach and McKillop has almost 600 wins at Davidson. The Rams of URI have struggled big time this year and go in too many scoring droughts for my liking. This is a rebuilding year as they lost too many great players from last year. Davidson is coming off a tough home loss in which a frantic comeback came up a bucket too short. The Wildcats will be focused tonight and I don’t believe Rhode Island has the talent to make this home court significant. Take Davidson.
