Both offenses have decent slugging percentages against right-handers and have improved since the All-Star break. The similarities continue as both teams’ bullpens are a mess. A’s starter TJ Ginn will be lucky to go four innings before handing it over to the American League’s worst bullpen. Orioles starter Tomoyuki Sugano has been average at best, and there is always the danger of the Orioles’ bullpen allowing late runs. Look for a high-scoring game. Take the Over.
