The Tigers have endured a few mind-boggling slumps this season, but have a safe lead in the AL Central. Tigers starter Chris Paddack just faced Kansas City a week ago and pitched well. Royals starter Seth Lugo did not pitch well in his last start a week ago against the Tigers. One thing that’s hard to look past is how bad Kansas City is against teams over .500. The Royals beat up on bad teams and don’t do well against the good ones. Look for Detroit to get back into the winner’s circle. Take the Tigers.
