Florida doesn’t have the nerves to cut down the nets. Houston is a fantastic defensive team, but the Gators don’t want it.
Duke was too young to close out a game they dominated. I would love to see Kelvin Sampson win a title. He deserves it, but it’s hard to overlook Florida’s raw talent edge on the offensive end.
It feels like we had more brutal losses in one calendar year than in the previous 24 years combined. It’s baffling how we can’t go 24 hours without a massive screw job. It’s so painful to be in complete control and get rung up like this. Losing games is part of this business, but it’s getting ridiculous to be in the driver’s seat so much and not get credit for wins.
