In modern-day aviation, it’s rare to see what happened to the Red Sox yesterday. Boston got on the plane after a win in Chicago and got stuck at the airport, only to go back to a Chicago-area hotel, wake up, and then head to the airport again for a long delay. Boston flew into New York just 2 hours before first pitch, so MLB moved the start time back almost an hour. Shockingly, the Red Sox played great, but you can guarantee they are exhausted after finally getting a good night’s sleep. Boston will call up Eduardo Rivera to get the start and most likley lead the way to Brayan Bello. Mets starter Freddy Peralta hasn’t looked his best this season, but is the better starter. We will take the run line. Take the Mets -1.5 runs +140.
