The Blue Jays were on their way to winning the first three games of this four-game set when absolute disaster struck in the bottom of the 9th as they allowed 5 runs to blow the ball game. Toronto missed a golden opportunity to put some distance between themselves and Baltimore, and now will do what they can to leave town without all that hard work for nothing. Toronto doesn’t have the best bullpen by any stretch, as was clearly evident last night, but it’s still better than the Orioles’. The Blue Jays will start Spencer Miles for the first inning or two before going to the bullpen. Toronto must get out to an early lead. It will be hard for the Orioles’ offense to get into any rhythm as they won’t see the same pitcher more than twice in this game. Toronto needs to make up for last night’s blunder. Take the Blue Jays.
