Rangers starter Jacob deGrom is an outstanding pitcher who will strike out many batters, but over his last few starts, he has given up many home runs. In fact, the Astros tagged him for four home runs the last time they faced him 10 days ago. Texas got on the board in the first inning yesterday, good for 8 runs after being involved in an embarrassing combined no-hitter the night before. I don’t trust the Houston bullpen, and starter Mike Burrows has not looked sharp this year. I believe this total is too low for two pitchers that are not on top of their game right now. Take the Over.
