Any chance Minnesota had to get back in the series slipped out of their hands in Game 4. In series finale settings, we have seen the lesser team throw in the towel in the second half when they realize it’s over. The Thunder play at a pace that is too fast for the Timberwolves to keep up. Oklahoma City plays offense and defense at the highest level. Look for the Thunder to protect the ball on their home court and for their lockdown defense to be too much for Minnesota to handle. Shai Gilgeous-Alexander will look to dominate with another 40-point performance. Take the Thunder.

Cubs -1.5 runs over Rockies -145 (loss)
Boyd/Gordon
The Rockies are the league’s worst team and hit left-handed pitching at a subpar percentage. The Cubs hit right-handers well and have the luxury of being at home and having the much more established pitcher on the mound. Colorado starter Tanner Gordon gives up way too many hits to be a legitimate pitcher at this point in his career. Cubs starter Matthew Boyd should do enough to keep the Rockies bats in check. The money line is outrageously high. We will go with the run line. Take the Cubs -1.5 runs -145.
