Xavier -7.5 over Butler (win)
Butler is just 1-6 on the road this season, mainly due to their subpar defensive play. Xavier is 12-2 at the Cintas Center. The Musketeers get outstanding guard play from Ryan Conwell and lean on big man Zach Freemantle on the boards to clean up rebounds. Both teams finished towards the bottom of the BIG East last year, and to date, Butler hasn’t done much to advance their program. The Bulldogs have given up too many big runs on the defensive end, and at some point, the Musketeers should use the home crowd to run away with the game. Take Xavier.
