The worst-case scenario for the Phillies happened the other night. Philly won game one in a blowout and was on their way to another one when the Padres found their bats and, in return, blew the Phillies out. Petco Park is a pitcher’s park, but the Padres, away from home, crush the ball and hit left-handers well. The momentum favors San Diego, and I believe they will continue their hot hitting at Citizens Bank Park, a hitters-friendly park. Tonight’s game should be high-scoring, as both teams have hitters that can crush the ball. Take the Padres and the Over.
