Boston is in the AL East basement but not far from a tight wildcard race. Boston has been in a hitting slump since the second half of play. Josh Winckowski is a pitcher who strikes out less than six batters per game, gives up a lot of walks and hits and allows home runs. Zack Greinke is slowing down as he nears 39 years old, but he still has a much better ERA. Look for Kansas City to get a rare win, as their playoff hopes have vanished. Take the Royals.
