We cashed in with this over last night and that was even with both bullpens looking sharp. These teams crush left handed pitching and it again will be a hot and humid night. There might be some rain, but the later this game goes to more the humidity gets into levels where the ball just keeps going and going. The Phillies bullpen is historically bad so I expect some runs late tonight. The Nationals bullpen was supposed to be strong this year, but they have been a let down as well. Look for a lot of runs. Take the Over.
