Wizards +12.5 over Charlotte (loss)
Charlotte is trying to get out of the 9/10 seed and into the 7/8 seed game but will need to win and need help. The Hornets are the worst defense in the Eastern Conference. Washington needs to improve in the off-season, but they have the best conference record out of all the eliminated teams. I don’t think Charlotte should be a favorite of this much with a lousy defense. Take Washington.
