I probably agree Iowa State covers today as I follow Iowa and Iowa State football, but the analogy of the gap in talent is inaccurate. Iowa is much deeper and other than QB is arguably better but the QB play will be the difference today. Iowa State n casual fans will say the LB, TE and RB are All Americans for Iowa State. But what they don’t realize Iowa’s RB, TE’s and LB’s are very good. I just think home field and the QB gap is too big.
