Lions/49ers over 48.5
The Lions were awful last week, but one game should not move a line so high.  The 49ers should not be this big of a favorite to anybody just yet.  Matt Patricia is already feeling the pressure as the Lions coach in a game that couldn’t have gone worse, but let’s give those Jets some credit.  The 49ers do not have the same type of defense and are extremely thin at linebacker.  Matt Stafford should have a huge bounce back game with the middle of the field wide open.  The 49ers are missing their top 4 tacklers from last year and still are returning guys that are coming back from major surgery.  This Lions team has weapons and should put up points.  Look for this to be a close game that comes down to the wire.  Take the Lions and the Over.
