Nick Sirianni is back for his 6th season in Philadelphia, looking to build on an 11-6 season. Sean Mannion takes over the offensive coordinator duties, hoping to give an Eagles offense a boost that was stuck in neutral last year. Jalen Hurts returns as the starting quarterback, with Saquon Barkley and Tank Bigsby back at running back. The Eagles must replace A.J. Brown’s production, while DeVonta Smith and Dallas Goedert return and welcome additions Dontayvion Wicks and USC rookie Makai Lemon. Jordan Mailata, Landon Dickerson, Cam Jurgens, Tyler Steen, and Lane Johnson return on the offensive line.

Vic Fangio is back for his third season as defensive coordinator. The Eagles return eight of their top eleven tacklers from a season ago. Moro Ojomo, Jordan Davis, Jalen Carter, Zack Baun, Jihaad Campbell, Jalyx Hunt, and Nolan Smith Jr. return on the front seven, along with Jonathan Greenard from the Vikings. Quinyon Mitchell, Andrew Mukuba, and Cooper DeJean remain starters in the secondary, while Riq Woolen and Jonathan Jones join the mix.

Michael Clay returns for his sixth season as special teams coach. Jake Elliott will once again be the field goal kicker. Braden Mann returns as the punter after averaging 50 yards per punt last season. The Eagles will use USC rookie Makai Lemon on punts, and Will Shipley returns to field the kickoffs. The Eagles have a well-balanced offense led by a solid offensive line, and last year’s young defense had an offseason to mature. Philadelphia will once again push to lead the NFC East.
